FLCC Group Gravel Ride

FLCC gravel rides focus on fun and adventure, exploring gravel roads and trails around Ithaca. A typical ride splits into two groups, one with a relaxed pace and one with a more moderate pace. Rides are no-drop and start at 6pm, weather-permitting. A typical ride is a loop of about 20 miles with about 2,000 feet of climbing. Early-season rides build up to this, while mid-season rides may be longer when the late sunset allows. FLCC Saturday Social Ride

FLCC organizes social weekend road rides from May–September that are largely targeted to intermediate riders with a pace of 12—13 mph. They’re intended to be moderately-paced rides providing exercise, but also an opportunity to meet other local riders and learn new routes. Rides will be 25—35 miles in length and get longer throughout the season. Riders should bring water and a helmet, have bikes in good mechanical condition, and be comfortable with group rides on local roads. Tour de Shunk – Road and Gravel

The Tour de Shunk offers challenging and scenic routes on mostly traffic-free roads in Sullivan and Bradford counties in northeast PA, with a wonderful spaghetti dinner included afterward. It has grown over its 27 years to include now three gravel routes, up to 74 miles long - and paved routes of ~25, 50, 75 and 100+ miles. SSIC Cameron Crusher Gravel endurance race

The Cameron Crusher is the third and final gravel endurance event of the SSIC Gravel Series in Steuben County. The course consists of primarily gravel/dirt/seasonal roads with paved connectors. There is A LOT of climbing so bring your legs. We want to get you out there for a great time on what we believe to be a great course!
