Hollenbeck’s Spring Classic Road Race

The Hollenbeck's Spring Classic Road Race is back for its 44th year! Likely the longest-running road race in New York State. 22 mile and 44 mile options available — one or two laps. FLCC Women’s Road Ride

East Hill Plaza 327 Pine Tree Road, Ithaca, NY

The Women’s Road Ride meets every Wednesday at 6pm, May 14 — September 17. Most rides leave from the East Hill Plaza parking lot on Pine Tree Rd, although sometimes we start from alternate locations in Brooktondale or Lansing. The group typically splits into at least 3 groups (an A, B, and C group). Each group does a different route and rides at different speeds. We ride different routes each week. For more information about the rides, visit the Women’s Ride Info Page. Routes, weather cancellations, and more are communicated on the WRR Google Group.

FLCC gravel rides focus on fun and adventure, exploring gravel roads and trails around Ithaca. A typical ride splits into two groups, one with a relaxed pace and one with a more moderate pace. Rides are no-drop and start at 6pm, weather-permitting. A typical ride is a loop of about 20 miles with about 2,000 feet of climbing. Early-season rides build up to this, while mid-season rides may be longer when the late sunset allows. FLCC Saturday Social Ride

FLCC is organizing social weekend rides from May—September in 2025 that are largely targeted to intermediate riders with a pace of 12—13 mph. They’re intended to be moderately-paced rides providing exercise, but also an opportunity to meet other local riders and learn new routes. Rides will be 25—35 miles in length and get longer throughout the season. Riders should bring water and helmets, have bikes in good mechanical condition, and be comfortable with group rides on local roads. Dirty Hector Gravel Race

The annual Dirty Hector race is also this year's NYS Gravel Championship! Check out the details on BikeReg at www.bikereg.com/dirty-hector The race will be held Sunday May 25th, starting at Silver Queen Farm in Trumansburg, NY. It will be very similar to last year, with a hilly 40 mile course through the Finger Lakes National Forest area on dirt/gravel, trail, cow pasture, and a wee bit of pavement with an excellent hang after the race with food from Babe's Burgers, drink from Grow Brewing and Liquid State, and some great prizes. Keuka Lake Gravel Classic

Steuben Brewing Company 10286 Judson Rd, Hammondsport, NY

Presented by Steuben Brewing Company, the Keuka Lake Gravel Classic will host hundreds of riders from all over the country as they traverse the challenging and scenic dirt roads of the Finger Lakes beer and wine country. The KLGC offers three course distances (about 18, 30 and 50 miles) that will feature vistas and vineyards, soul-crushing climbs and gnarly descents.
