Empire State Senior Games

The Empire State Senior Games is an organized sports competition and leisure program for those age 50 and older. Members of the FLCC have coordinated the ESSG road races since 2009.
There are 3 events: 5Km (3 mile) TT, 10Km (6 mile) TT, and a 20km (12 mile) Road race. Riders race in 5-year age categories. There is no upper age limit. You can do any ONE or ALL of the races. The road race is a mass start, but riders are scored based on their age group.
