Gravel Ride

FLCC gravel rides focus on fun and adventure, exploring gravel roads and trails around Ithaca. A typical ride splits into two groups, one with a relaxed pace and one with a more moderate pace. Rides are no-drop, and start at 6pm. A typical ride is a loop of about 20 miles with about 2,000 feet of climbing.  Start location varies by week and will be announced, along with other details, earlier in the week of the ride on the flcc-gravel@googlegroups.com group. Cancellations will also be communicated via the group. You can sign up for the FLCC gravel Google Group here.

Saturday Paceline Ride

The Saturday Paceline Rides start at 9am at Community Corners in Lansing. The route may change week to week, but is usually between 35-40 miles with an average pace of 18-21 mph. This ride utilizes a paceline, and riders who cannot maintain the speed or keep with the paceline will be dropped.
